Born and raised locally, Katy is a proud West Virginia University graduate and enjoys spending her time outside work with her daughter, Elizabeth, and her family. A lifelong animal lover, she shares their home with two cats, Simba and Magoo, and fondly remembers her beloved dog, Archer, who was part of the family for 15 years.
